PEACE IN THE MIDST OF TRAGEDY

This is Bonnie’s personal testimony of how God miraculously provided His peace in the midst of great tragedy.  Her story will not only captivate your heart, but it will also move you to tears all the while celebrating God’s goodness. She shares how it is more than possible to forgive the seemingly impossible and how God’s mercies truly are “new every morning”. Walking this journey with Bonnie exemplifies the Scripture “choose this day whom you will serve” Joshua 24:15

CHOOSE NOT TO BE OFFENDED

Did you know that one of the definitions of the word “offend” is: to trip up or to ensnare?  Not exactly what you would expect, but it makes perfect sense when you consider it from a Biblical perspective.  Our enemy, the devil, wants nothing more than to trip us up and ensnare us into blaming or directing an offense at a family member, friend, or co-worker.  Through personal stories and many scriptures, Bonnie teaches how to redirect our thinking, how to be wise to the schemes of the devil and how choosing not to be offended will bring great peace into our daily lives.

DO NOT ENGAGE: A MESSAGE ON FORGIVENESS

Birthed out of a desperate need to understand what forgiving someone actually means, Bonnie searched God’s Word for understanding.  What she found has been a revelation to many, including herself.  While it is clear that God calls us to forgive; how we actually go about forgiving someone is unclear to many, especially forgiving a person who has no regret for what they’ve done. In this message, Bonnie shares through Scripture what the Lord revealed to her and how only through a close relationship with Christ is it possible to forgive the seemingly impossible.

DISCIPLINE LEADS TO DESIRE

In this message that everyone can relate to, Bonnie shares a wakeup call she received from the Lord regarding her personal relationship with Him.  Forsaking our time with Him is a sure way to keep from being all we desire to be.  When Bonnie found herself so unable to focus on God that she had to cover herself with a blanket just to keep her eyes and mind from wandering, she realized the time she spends with God is so much more important than the time she spends doing things for Him.

SUBMISSION OF THE HEART

Submission...not a popular word is it?  But oh how freeing this seemingly binding term can be when applied to our lives in the way God intended.  In this message, Bonnie explores the truth about submission as it is revealed in God’s Word.  How we submit to God, to those He has placed in authority, and yes, to our husbands.

CONSIDER IT PURE JOY

Based on James 1:2-4 Bonnie teaches the deep-rooted Biblical definition of what it means to “consider it pure joy whenever you face trials of many kinds”. Whether a trial in your life is self-inflicted by wrong choices you’ve made or something completely out of your control; God has a reason, He has a desired outcome. It is through our times of trials, tribulation and tragedies that we grow exponentially in the Lord.
Bonnie shares through her own life how it is more than possible to be able to “consider it pure joy to go through trials of many kinds” because each time we do, we are made mature and complete lacking nothing. This message beautifully communicates that there is much to gain on the other side of pain.
