His love for Jesus shapes everything he does, making him not only an incredible husband but also an indispensable pillar of Bonnie Floyd Ministries.

Before stepping into full-time ministry with Bonnie in January 2020, Donnie built a lifelong career in construction. From commercial projects to custom home building as a licensed contractor, his skill set runs deep. But Donnie is more than a builder—he’s a mechanic, welder, and professional off-road driving instructor, spending over 30 years as an independent contractor for Land Rover North America. A true man of many talents, he has never shied away from a challenge.

Above all, Donnie is a devoted, loving, and protective husband who wholeheartedly supports Bonnie and the calling on her life. She often says, “My Donnie gave up everything to serve the Lord and support my dreams.” Yet, in Donnie’s eyes, he simply followed where God led. “All of my experiences and years in construction,” he says, “were for such a time as this.”

With a heart for both ministry and mission, Donnie continues to be the steady, faithful partner by Bonnie’s side—building more than homes, but a legacy of faith, restoration, and God’s incredible love.
